Day 1 - Some reFlection questions and your two daily practices

Hi there -

You have access to the first week of material. Though you could sit down and blow through it all at once, I suggest you truly take your time. Saunter...linger...frolic. Remember this is a course on learning to unhurryUp! - and it may take some discipline for you to go slowly to savor and practice the invitations to pause.

As you begin the course there are a few questions to reFlect upon before you get started.

There are also two things that I want to invite you to try to do daily over the next 21 days - and just notice if they make a difference.

  1. Every morning take one minute to say or write the things you are grateful for and
  2. Every evening, feel free to add some more gratitude for your day - but as the last thing you do before you try to fall asleep, say to your soul, "I look forward to good sleep, and to awakening reFreshed and ready for my day tomorrow." And then take some deep breaths as you sink into sleep.

You may want to keep track in a journal your gratitude and/or your mood and energy levels as you wake up in the morning.
